According to the Chinese calendar, the energy for the New Year comes in tomorrow, February 4, 2013!
I’ve been busy advising clients how to prepare their properties and themselves to best maximize the positive potential of this coming year, and minimize any tendency for challenges.
2013 is the year of the Yin Water Snake. Those of you with homes, businesses and building projects facing or backing to the East, Southeast and Northwest directions in particular, as well as those facing or backing on the Southwest and parts of the Northeast would most benefit from knowing how to manage this year successfully. Similarly for properties with activity and moving objects such as moving water, drains, stoves, fireplaces, elevators, escalators and other machinery in the centre.
As every environment has a unique configuration of landscape features, orientation, rooms, doors, windows and so on, every property need to be assessed on an individual basis for accurate recommendations, however in general, most properties oriented to the North/South direction will fare better than last year!
