Create the Environment that Creates You

I was explaining to someone what I do and this line came to me: Create the Environment that Creates You. We understand that “You are what you eat”.  Feng Shui is based on the understanding that you also are your environment. Our food creates us from the inside out. Our environment creates us from the outside in. After you stay in an environment for a period of time you adopt its qualities for better and for worse. When I work with clients I assess where they are in their personal and professional lives right now. Their environment tells the same story. After an assessment of what they...

Feng Shui, Urban Planning and Architecture in Singapore and Hong Kong

I recently returned from a trip to Singapore and Hong Kong, two countries where feng shui is used everywhere at every scale. My master taught us that our thoughts are like a movie projector on our foreheads projecting ahead of us the path we will walk. In other words: “What you think about you bring about“ and… “What you focus on expands“ – authours unknown Lets create the best year the world has ever known by focusing on that! A Very Happy New Year to...

Article: Capture Winter’s Rapture

Traditionally feng shui practitioners have always been trained in the full range of chinese arts including face and body reading, and traditional chinese medicine. Here is a link to an article of mine appearing this month in Vitality Magazine: Capturing Winters Rapture   I wrote the original article, originally titled Opening Up to Winter, over 20 years ago when I had the pleasure of co-running East West a traditional asian medicine based health and wellness centre in downtown Toronto. It was a treat to read my thoughts from so long ago and have the chance to update them with the...
